We guarantee our engraving 100 percent. If there's an engraving mistake we made with your order, feel free to contact us, we will ship you another (corrected) item at our expense. Also, if there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as you receive your package.
We are very sorry that we can not give refunds for personalized engraved merchandise.
Sometimes our customers will discover an engraving mistake that they made (per engraving instructions on the order form) once the item is received, such as a misspelled name or incomplete information (unbeknownst to us). We will only correct the engraving mistake at the customer's expense. So please make sure all engraving instructions are correct and complete on your order form.
